Case Study 1 is the redevelopment of EMTC's level 5 Diploma programme.  As Programme Developer, I spearheaded this redevelopment.  The process required gaining input from stakeholders and staff in order to address deficiencies and redevelop the programme for online delivery.  Staff collaboration included the Administration/Academic Manager, Online Principal, Onsite Principal, Deputy Principal, and Dean of Interns.  A full report of the process, including the difficulties encountered and a reflection on learning is outlined in Case Study 1.
